What We Do and What We Want

Tyresö Gymnasium is a school that places knowledge, security, and confidence in the future at the center. Our vision is to give every student the tools they need to reach their full potential, regardless of their starting point. As a school, we are in an exciting period where much is happening and developing. In the autumn of 2025, the social science and economics programs were restarted with good application numbers. In addition, the school offers vocational programs, introductory programs, special educational needs activities, and an adapted upper secondary school. The breadth of programs leads to a wonderful and dynamic atmosphere! Tyresö Gymnasium has many dedicated teachers and is perceived as calm and safe by both teachers and students.

About the Position

The position involves teaching Spanish in the theoretical programs. As a teacher with us, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating the teaching in your subjects. You create an inspiring learning environment that sparks curiosity and challenges students to develop.

This is a permanent position at 40% with a desired start date of August 10, 2026. The position is a holiday relief position.

The position is filled subject to it not being needed for internal reassignments.

Who Are You?

We are looking for you who are a certified upper secondary school teacher in Spanish and who are passionate about working with young people and your subject area. If you have a few years of experience teaching at the upper secondary level, it is an advantage. As a person, you are used to working independently but also have good collaboration skills. You are good at meeting the different needs of students and have the ability to build good relationships, both with students and colleagues. In the classroom, you have good leadership and structured teaching. You use modern pedagogical tools as a natural part of your work.
