What we do and want

Tyresö Gymnasium is a school that places knowledge, security, and hope for the future at the center. Our vision is to give every student the tools they need to reach their full potential, regardless of their starting point. As a school, we are in an expansive and exciting period where much is happening and developing. In autumn 2025, the social science and economics programs were restarted with strong application numbers. In addition, the school offers vocational programs, introductory programs, special educational needs activities, and an adapted upper secondary school. The breadth of programs leads to a wonderful and dynamic atmosphere! Tyresö Gymnasium has many dedicated teachers and is perceived as calm and safe by both teachers and students.

About the position

The position is a temporary assignment (60%) spanning from August 10 to December 18, 2026, involving planning and teaching of religious education within our vocational programs. This is a holiday cover position.

The position is filled subject to the condition that it does not need to be used for internal reassignments.

Who are you?

You are a certified upper secondary school teacher in religious education and are passionate about working with young people. Experience from teaching at the upper secondary level is meritorious. As a person, you are accustomed to working independently but also possess strong collaboration skills. You are good at meeting students' diverse needs and have the ability to build good relationships, both with students and colleagues. In the classroom, you demonstrate good leadership and structured teaching.
