You will step into two closely linked digitalization projects in a socially vital operation where new system support needs to be translated into secure and efficient working methods. The role combines project leadership, solution architecture, and requirements work, with a focus on aligning target architecture, procured requirements, and a functioning implementation in practice.

You will become a key figure through several phases of the work, from preparation and negotiation to implementation and handover to operations. You will collaborate closely with project managers, architects, business stakeholders, external suppliers, and technical parties within areas such as integration, IAM, migration, and infrastructure. This is a role for you who thrives in complex IT implementations and wants to influence both direction and execution in an environment where the solutions make a real difference.

• You lead and drive the implementation of new system support together with suppliers, project managers, business stakeholders, and external parties.
• You take over existing requirements and architecture work and ensure that the solution follows target architecture, solution strategy, and decided requirements.
• You are responsible for requirements in the form of user stories and non-functional requirements during procurement and implementation.
• You plan and coordinate activities within areas such as integration, IAM, configuration, migration, and conversion.
• You drive investigations, evaluate different solution scenarios, and create prerequisites for a secure and sustainable implementation.
• You ensure the red thread between solution architecture, requirements, and testing so that the implemented solution meets agreed requirements.
• You monitor the supplier's implementation from an architecture perspective and handle deviations and exceptions.
• You update and finalize architecture descriptions and other project deliverables prior to handover to operations.
• You contribute to a joint architecture team and work closely with project managers and other architects in the project's leadership function.

• At least 8 years of documented practical experience in leading projects and participating in IT implementation projects.
• At least 5 years of documented practical experience working with solution architecture within at least two of the following perspectives: application, information, and/or infrastructure.
• Documented experience of architecture work, creating specifications, and implementing integrations.
• Documented experience of information and data modeling prior to, among other things, migration and conversion of data.
• Good understanding of the relationship between application architecture and IT infrastructure, as well as good ability to communicate with both application and technical specialists.
• An academic degree, or alternatively documented experience assessed as equivalent, in a relevant area such as system development, system integration, or computer science.
• Good communicative skills in both speech and writing in Swedish.

• Experience of requirements definition, including user stories and non-functional requirements.
• Experience of procurement through negotiated procedures.
• Experience of working in the public sector.
• Experience of information and cybersecurity.
• Experience of system solutions within HR, workforce planning, scheduling, and payroll.
