NRG is currently recruiting, on behalf of a client, several passionate and social gaming experts who want to help other gamers find the equipment that takes their gameplay to the next level.

About the Client

One of Sweden's leading sellers of home electronics, white goods, and kitchens, and one of the companies with the highest turnover in retail. Previously named "Employer of the Year." The client has over 30 years of industry experience and employs approximately 3,600 people.

Your Responsibilities

We are looking for self-motivated, outgoing, and social individuals who want to guide customers to the right PC gaming products. We are seeking someone with great passion, joy, and curiosity for everything related to PC gaming and customer interaction. You will handle various types of customers with varying interests, ranging from hardcore gamers to grandparents looking for a birthday present. Therefore, you should be just as comfortable discussing the differences between red, brown, or blue switches as explaining the benefits of 60Hz versus 160Hz on a monitor.

Your responsibilities include: selling products, informing customers about different brands and their products, and ensuring that the sales areas are kept in good condition. You will also conduct short training sessions for in-store sales staff.

Your Background

Experience:

• We are looking for you who have sales and retail experience
• You have previously worked in service or events
• You enjoy working at a fast pace
• You have a solid interest in PC gaming (Elite rank in CS is a plus!)
• You are the person your friends turn to when buying new technology

Personal Qualities:

• You are social and enjoy meeting new people
• You are passionate about gaming and everything surrounding it
• You are tech-savvy and strive to learn more
• You love helping others and are skilled at interacting with different types of people
• You express yourself well both verbally and in writing in Swedish and English

Other Information

In this assignment, you will be employed by our sister company, Nordic Field Force, but will carry out the assignment at our client's site. Shifts will be scheduled Thursday–Sunday, with the number of hours varying per month. The position is offered as a project employment for one year and is expected to start in early May.
