Are you a Licensed Psychologist who wants to use your expertise to build sustainable and high-performing workplaces? At Falck, we focus on strengthening health and giving people tools to handle the challenges of working life, such as stress and conflicts. Your work will primarily consist of targeted, shorter interventions at the individual level in the form of support counseling for client employees.

At Falck in Borlänge, you will have the opportunity to work proactively and see the direct impact of your efforts, both for the individual and the organization, in close collaboration with our company doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, and other specialists. You will deliver services both physically and digitally to both local and national clients, providing an interesting variety in your job.

Qualifications:

• Licensure as a psychologist
• Experience with support counseling and treatments using methods such as CBT, ACT, or similar
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Good computer skills, along with an interest and preferably experience in delivering services via digital tools and working with online-based methods.

• Experience working with groups and/or conducting workshops

Other:

Permanent employment starting with a 6-month probationary period. Full-time (100%) with start date by agreement. Working hours are weekdays, excluding holidays, 8:00-17:00.

The position involves travel to units and clients in the local area based on business needs, which means you must have a valid driver's license (Category B) and preferably access to a personal car.
