Are you passionate about working with children and young people and want to help develop their various skills? At BILDA, we constantly need to hire more substitutes who want to work in schools and preschools. We are now looking for you who want to work as a substitute in schools and preschools, such as a childcare assistant, resource teacher in class, or leisure time assistant.

You will work in various schools and preschools throughout the Greater Stockholm area. The duration of assignments varies from one to several days, and sometimes even longer-term substitutes.

BILDA has collective agreements, offers an introductory training, as well as ongoing support and dialogue with an assigned contact person at BILDA.

To work as a substitute, you need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous work experience in schools and/or preschools
• Experience in pedagogical work
• Good command of Swedish in both speech and writing
• Being active and engaged

It is an advantage if you:

• Have relevant education, such as childcare assistant or leisure time pedagogue.

To fit into the role of a substitute, we believe you have high social competence, are flexible, and are used to taking initiative. You should thrive in an energetic environment and be engaged and responsible in your work. The central aspect of the substitute role is also your great interest in working with children and young people.
