About the role

We are now looking for a handy and self-reliant property manager who wants to play a central role in the daily operations of our properties in Gothenburg. As part of our operational team, you will work in close collaboration with a colleague and report directly to the property manager.

The position is a full-time employment with working hours scheduled on weekdays from 07:00–16:00, offering you a role with great freedom under responsibility in a stable and well-maintained environment.

Your responsibilities

The main focus of the work is to ensure the condition of the properties through regular rounds and technical supervision. You will become a key person for our members, and we place great emphasis on your ability to offer a high level of service in every interaction. The work requires a high degree of humility where no task is too small or too large, and you are expected to jump in where needed to solve the day's challenges for the association. The work includes everything from technical supervision and coordination with contractors to practical repairs of lockboxes and door closers, as well as simpler carpentry in both common areas and apartments. You are also responsible for statutory controls such as systematic fire protection work (SBA), supervision of technical rooms, and ongoing documentation of carried out measures.

Who are you? We are looking for a true "doer" with a solid technical background who thrives in a physically active role. You have a proactive work style, meaning you identify needs and address them before they become actual problems. Since the role involves daily contact with many members, a patient and professional demeanor is required. You are confident in your practical knowledge but humble enough to help out wherever it is most needed at the moment, regardless of the task.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in technical property maintenance, craftsmanship, or other relevant background.

• Very good manual dexterity with tools and documented experience with repairs and simpler carpentry.

• Experience with systematic fire protection work (SBA) and authority inspections.

• Good familiarity with using digital systems for fault reporting and ongoing documentation.

• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing.

• Valid B driver's license.

About the employment

The position is a permanent full-time employment with an start date of September 1, 2026. We apply a fixed monthly salary with individual salary setting. We offer a stable work environment with good conditions, modern work tools, and a wellness allowance. Since the role involves working in people's home environments and access to secure areas, we will request a certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record) in connection with the employment.
