As a developer at this client company, you will be part of a cross-functional development team with product responsibility for a self-developed resource planning system. The system is used in business-critical processes and is in an expansive development phase with several parallel development initiatives and improvement projects.

In this role, you will work closely with other developers, UX specialists, system specialists, and business representatives throughout the entire development process – from requirements analysis and design to implementation, testing, demo, and maintenance. The team works agilely and develops solutions for various types of client platforms and use cases.

The work primarily involves frontend development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript-based frameworks such as React or Angular. Some development may also take place in Swift depending on the platform and functionality. The assignment involves both new development and further development of existing features, with a focus on usability, quality, and long-term maintenance.

Responsibilities

The assignment includes, among other things:

• Developing and enhancing functionality in the system.
• Participating in technical design and solution discussions.
• Collaborating with UX specialists and the business regarding user experience and functionality.
• Participating in testing, demonstrations, and sprint activities within the team's agile working methods.
• Contributing to quality assurance, debugging, and maintenance of the system.
• Working with integrations and API-based communication.

The assignment requires good collaboration skills, self-drive, and the ability to work in an agile and development-intensive environment.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of documented experience as a system developer.
• At least 5 years of experience with HTML5.
• At least 5 years of experience with CSS3.
• At least 5 years of experience with JavaScript (ES6+).
• At least 5 years of experience with React or Angular.
• Very good ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
• Swedish citizenship is required.

Desirable Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in Swift development.
• At least 1 year of experience working with UX.
• Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, XCUITest, or Cypress.
• Experience with version control systems, e.g., Git.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS.
• Experience with React components and REST-based APIs.
• Experience from security-classified or security-sensitive operations.
