Your Responsibilities

The tasks for this role suit you if you enjoy varied duties. As a Plant Operator, you are involved in the entire production process from A to Z: you monitor the production facility from the control room, conduct rounds, perform laboratory tests on the product at various stages, and ensure that the factory's production runs as smoothly as possible. If issues arise, you will also perform basic technical troubleshooting and analysis, cleaning, and preventive maintenance.

Although this is a summer position, you will serve as a key person expected to maintain high attendance in production, contributing with initiative, openness, and a holistic view.

The position is full-time and follows the customer's 6-shift schedule.

Since the employment is as a substitute for permanent staff, there is no possibility for extended leave for this role.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

For the role of Plant Operator, we are looking for you who are driven and communicative, and motivated by being an important cog in a large machine. To get up to speed as quickly as possible, it is a big plus if you have experience from an industrial environment in production or manufacturing, but it is not a requirement. We prefer that you have a foundational industrial education or are currently studying towards one, but again, this is not a requirement – your personal attributes are the most important.

You have a strong interest in technology and processes and enjoy working out on the production floor in close collaboration with other operators and technicians. If you have experience from previous work in industry, for example within process industry, we consider this strongly advantageous.
