RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want to help develop future education through digitalization and AI?

We are now looking for a Digitalization Coordinator who wants to coordinate, support, and drive digital development work within the primary school. The role involves close collaboration with principals, development leaders, and unit managers to ensure that the operations have functioning, accessible, and appropriate digital tools and systems.

The position is located within the primary school, and you will report directly to the unit manager.

The assignment is varied and shaped based on the needs of the operations. This means you need to be able to switch between strategic development issues, coordination, and operational support in daily work. The assignment is followed up and evaluated annually based on operational needs and priorities.

As a Digitalization Coordinator, you will among other things:

• Lead and develop the primary school's digitalization network
• Support network participants in their assignments
• Coordinate work regarding digital systems and tools
• Act as first-line support in system and user issues
• Contribute to the development of digitalization and AI in teaching
• Participate in planning, implementation, and development of digital working methods
• Collaborate with operations, IT, and external suppliers

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is structured, communicative, and has an easy time collaborating with others. You have a pedagogical approach and thrive in a role where you both support operations and drive development forward.

As a person, you are service-oriented, responsible, and self-initiating. You have the ability to prioritize, work sustainably, and handle several parallel tasks simultaneously. You are flexible, non-hierarchical, and have a solution-oriented approach to work.

You express yourself well verbally and in writing in Swedish and feel confident working in various digital environments and systems.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Pedagogical education or other education that the employer deems equivalent
• Experience working within the school system
• Very good digital competence
• Experience leading networks and working with collegial learning
• Ability to translate operational needs into practical digital solutions

It is meritorious if you have:

• Experience with Google Workspace for Education
• Experience with digital school development
• Interest in and knowledge of AI in teaching
• Experience with system administration
• Experience working in larger organizations or public operations
