Your responsibilities:

You work broadly within general medicine and meet patients of all ages and life situations. The role is varied and developmental, and you have the opportunity to contribute to high medical quality and continuity. You also supervise students as well as AT- and ST-doctors and are a support for colleagues in medical assessments.

Qualifications:

• Specialist Physician in General Medicine with permission to work within Swedish healthcare.
• Experience from Swedish primary care is an advantage.
• Experience with the medical record system TakeCare is an advantage.

In patient-related work within Stockholm County Council (SLSO):

• A register check is applied before the decision on employment according to SLSO's overarching guidelines for register checks upon employment.
• Employees who will have patient contact must undergo a new employment examination, according to current directives, which takes place through occupational health services before employment.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) is required, in addition to a Swedish professional license. The same requirements are guiding for non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
