We are now looking for a Gym Manager on 100% who wants to take responsibility for driving growth at two of our most important gyms in Karlskrona and develop our leadership in line with our mission and values.

Your Mission

As Gym Manager, you have overall responsibility for daily operations, service, and growth, and report to the District Manager in South. You are responsible for ensuring an excellent member experience, coaching and developing your team, and ensuring the gym is well-maintained. Together with your team of gym hosts, you drive scheduling, staffing, and sales to inspire more people to get moving, though this role does not include direct personnel responsibility.

You also follow up on group training and personal training in close collaboration with your district manager, Group Training Manager (GTA), and central training director. Your role is central to the gym's development and success, and you have a holistic perspective covering everything from daily operations to long-term growth and member satisfaction. Your role will be operationally active, where you are close to the members for the best service.

Note that working hours will be scheduled during daytime, evening hours, and weekends. This means that flexibility regarding working hours is a requirement for the position. You are expected to be able to adapt to a varying schedule and be available for work at different times to meet the business's needs and ensure a high level of service for our members.

You are a natural leader who not only motivates others but also constantly develops yourself and seeks new ways to improve and streamline work. You also have a strong business understanding and the ability to identify growth opportunities, while always putting the members' experience first.

Requirements:

• Good ability to work result-oriented with a focus on sales and member satisfaction.
• Experience with scheduling and personnel planning.
• Fluent in Swedish (written and spoken).
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

Merits:

• Experience working as a team lead, preferably within the fitness, service, or retail industry.
• Experience in leading and coaching staff.
