We are currently looking for a driven and service-oriented servicedesk employee who wants to be a key figure in our IT support. As a servicedesk employee, you will primarily provide user support and service to customers regarding all types of troubleshooting or account management. You will also provide support to customers related to the hardware used in combination with the company's system solutions.
You will have the telephone and case management system as your primary work tools, and you will respond to incoming cases on an ongoing basis. It is important that you have a strong sense of service and can handle stressful situations with calmness and clarity.
Your main tasks will include:
- Troubleshooting network equipment
- Account management
- Basic technical questions
