Job Description

We are currently looking for several skilled carpenters for various projects in West Sweden. Here, you have the opportunity to work in a secure and established company where we place great value on quality and employee well-being. For more than a decade, we have worked with new construction, renovation, remodeling, and infrastructure in both small and large projects. If you move around in West Sweden, you likely pass something we have helped build every day – and we are proud of that.

Profile

You will be part of our team of carpenters, working both independently and in collaboration with colleagues, depending on the nature of the assignment. Currently, we are recruiting for the following areas:

• Gypsum work
• Remodeling
• Façade work
• Roofing work

We receive new assignments continuously, offering opportunities for varied tasks. Our clients are exclusively construction companies; we do not work with private individuals.

Experience

We are looking for you who have experience from the construction industry and enjoy practical work of high quality. It is an advantage if you have a vocational certificate as a woodworker or equivalent experience in construction and carpentry.

Personality

Salary and Employment Conditions

You will be employed under the collective agreement "Byggavtalet" (Construction Agreement), which includes:

• Salary: Hourly wage or performance-based pay depending on the project
• Insurance
• Reduced working hours
• Wellness allowance

The employment begins with a probationary period of six months. If everything goes well and we get along, the employment will become permanent. Many of our employees have worked with us for over ten years.
