Here, you will have a key role in specialist psychiatry, where every patient meeting is a chance to make a difference. In our engaged multidisciplinary team, you will work with structure, quality, and evidence-based care – where your competence both develops the care and creates the best possible results for patients.
Working as a Psychologist at WeMindThe psychologist's role at WeMind is central to ensuring our patients receive evidence-based care processes and regular follow-ups. You will work with various psychiatric diagnoses, with a focus on the psychosis spectrum. The work includes assessment, individual and group-based psychological treatments, as well as various forms of investigations.
We work with measurement-based care, where treatment is followed up with validated rating scales together with the patient. This increases participation and enables individualized treatment that adds value for the patient. Follow-ups are conducted digitally to reduce administrative burden.
Your new workplaceWeMind Haninge is a general psychiatric clinic responsible for all specialized outpatient psychiatry for the residents of Haninge Municipality. The work group, consisting of approximately 30 employees, collaborates across professional categories with a common focus on evidence and providing the right care to the right patients.

About you- Licensed psychologist with a focus on CBT and preferably three years of professional experience
- Experience from specialist psychiatry, both general psychiatric outpatient care and/or psychosis care (meritorious)
- Experience with neuropsychiatric investigations (meritorious)
You want to work broadly within psychiatry and thrive with structure, evidence, and systematic follow-up. You work independently, take treatment responsibility, and plan and organize your work well. At the same time, you value collaboration, actively contribute your competence, and want to be part of developing the operations in a learning and supportive work environment.
