At Johannelund Home Care, we are now looking for a Bosnian-speaking woman to join our team as a Care Assistant/Nursing Assistant within Vardaga Home Care.

The position is during daytime hours, Monday to Friday, 07:50–12:10, with time off on public holidays and red days.

About the Role

This is a continuous home care position, meaning you will work consistently with the same client during your shifts. This creates continuity, security, and better quality of care, both for the client and for you as an employee.

Your Experience and Knowledge

We believe that you, applying to us:

We prefer that you are a trained nursing assistant and have worked a few years in elderly care. Computer skills, experience with documentation, and local knowledge are also meritorious. Good knowledge of Bosnian and Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement. However, your CV is not the most important thing; if you have the right qualities, we will provide support and opportunities for you to grow.
