Job Description

We are currently looking for several skilled carpenters for various projects in West Sweden. You will work with drywall installation, renovations, facade work, and roofing. We receive new assignments continuously and ensure that the right competence matches the right project. You will be part of our team of carpenters, working both independently and together with colleagues depending on the nature of the assignment.

Experience

We are looking for you who have experience from the construction industry and enjoy practical work of high quality. You preferably have a vocational certificate as a carpenter or equivalent experience in construction and joinery. To thrive with us, we believe you are self-motivated, solution-oriented, and have a professional attitude towards both customers and colleagues.

Salary and Employment Conditions

You will be employed under the collective agreement "Byggavtalet" (Construction Agreement), which includes:

• Salary: Hourly wage or performance-based pay depending on the project
• Insurance
• Reduced working hours
• Wellness allowance

The employment is initially fixed-term for six months. If everything works out and we get along, your employment will convert to a permanent position (indefinite contract). Many of our employees have worked with us for over ten years.
