We are now looking for an engaged and confident HR Manager and Deputy Store Manager for ICA Supermarket Ålidhem – one of Umeå's most fast-paced and exciting stores!

Here, you will meet customers from all corners of the world, many of whom are students and international visitors. This creates a dynamic store environment that we see as a great opportunity and something that makes our store unique.

We are looking for you who want to drive, develop, and inspire together with the store manager and our approximately 55 wonderful employees.

This is a varied and developmental role where you get to combine operational store work, leadership, and personnel responsibility.

As HR Manager, you work with administrative personnel matters such as:

• Recruitment
• Scheduling
• Staff planning
• Work with TIL-time (Time for Leadership)

As Deputy Store Manager, you will periodically have the overall responsibility for operations and sales in the store. You work closely with the store manager daily and play an important role in the store's continued development.

You will become a natural part of the store's operations and management group, where you will have the opportunity to influence the store's strategies, sales, and working methods.

• Salary according to agreement
