Job Responsibilities

Do you want meaningful work where your careful efforts contribute to a clean, pleasant, and safe environment for our citizens?

We are now looking for dedicated cleaners to strengthen our team during the summer vacation period, with good opportunities for continued employment with us.

As a cleaner with us, you have an important role. You will be based at various facilities around Tierp Municipality and work both independently and in close collaboration with your colleagues.

Your main tasks involve daily cleaning of offices, kitchens, and common areas such as stairwells, laundry rooms, preschools, schools, and gymnasiums.

The role includes:

• Mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning various types of surfaces.
• Operating and driving cleaning machines.
• Restocking consumable materials.
• Ensuring order, comfort, and a consistent, high quality standard.

Qualifications

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, responsible, and customer-focused. Since the work involves movement and quick transitions, you need to have good planning skills and be solution-oriented. The job can be physically demanding, so you need to be physically fit.

Requirements for the position:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• Valid B-class driver's license.
• Good ability to understand, read, and write in Swedish (for instructions and regulations).
• Clean certificate of good conduct (for schools/preschools) required before employment.

Merits:

• Previous experience in cleaning.
• SRY or PRYL training.
