Are you someone who thrives working independently and taking personal responsibility in your daily work? Do you want a varied role where you can work practically and be a vital part of the operation? Then the position of Cleaner at the Life Guards might be right for you.

Marma Shooting Range is part of the Life Guards' training unit. In this position, you will work in a small unit of seven people based in Marma. You will report to the commander of the shooting range.

Main Responsibilities

The work consists primarily of cleaning facilities within the shooting range's camp area. In addition, the duties may include support for other operations at the shooting range, such as administration related to bookings, fault reporting, and follow-up of cases.

Qualifications

  • Completed upper secondary education
  • Good physical fitness
  • Category B driver's license

As a Cleaner, we are looking for you who are service-oriented, responsible, and have a structured approach to work. You are self-motivated, flexible, and have good teamwork skills, while also enjoying meeting different people in your work. We also value that you are solution-oriented and contribute with a positive attitude to the work group.

Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

The position is civilian.

The role involves some independent work as well as evening and weekend work. Work and training at other locations may occur. As we are a male-dominated workplace, we welcome female applicants.

The Life Guards is one of the Swedish Armed Forces' largest units with roots dating back to 1521. We train tomorrow's soldiers, as well as military police and personnel for international missions. We guard the royal palaces, we have security and ground combat units. We are also responsible for preserving and developing the Swedish military music tradition. Our headquarters are in Kungsängen outside Stockholm, but we are also located in Sollentuna, central Stockholm, Uppsala, Gothenburg, and Karlskrona.
