About the assignment

A family in Enköping with 2 children (ages 1 & 5) is seeking help with childcare 3-4 times per week. Days and times may vary, so the family needs a flexible and adaptable babysitter.

Since being a babysitter is a side job, we prefer that you have another main occupation, such as studies or a part-time job. To ensure a long-term relationship, we expect you to have a reasonable commute to the family (we usually consider around 30 minutes).

• We want a salary structure that feels good for all competency profiles and ages, so we offer individual salary setting for everyone with a high school diploma. For those still in high school, we have a fixed hourly wage of 132.15 - 165.19 SEK/hour including holiday pay.
