About the assignment

A family in Enköping with two children (ages 1 & 5) is seeking help with childcare when their regular babysitter is unavailable. This primarily involves weekends or daytime during odd weeks, but may also include even weeks.

• We want a salary structure that feels good for all competency profiles and ages, so we offer individual salary setting for everyone who has a high school diploma. For those still in high school, we have a fixed hourly wage of 132.15 - 165.19 SEK/hour including vacation pay.
