Do you want to help create a clean and pleasant school environment for students and staff? We are looking for experienced and responsible service personnel with a strong focus on service. We warmly welcome your application!

You will become part of our operations team at the school, where teachers and other staff work together towards common goals. This means that one person from the team is responsible and always on-site to ensure that the school is kept clean, welcoming, and pleasant. You are offered a role where you are encouraged to take responsibility, contribute your ideas, and put your personal stamp on all school activities.

Description of duties

In this position, you are responsible for ensuring that the school's operations run smoothly from an environmental perspective. You are the natural link between students, teachers, other staff, and school management internally, as well as external customers and guests. The role is both operational and coordinating, and you step in where needed while having overall responsibility.

Main responsibilities

• Lead and distribute daily work within the housekeeping team.
• Ensure that classrooms and common areas maintain a high standard.
• Be responsible for the indoor environment from a reception and guest experience perspective, lead the service and housekeeping team, and ensure that the school's environmental and health standards are always followed.
• Order and plan for consumables and laundry materials.
• Work operationally in daily operations from a sustainability perspective.
• Cleaning of the school, restaurant, shop, dining hall, bakery, kitchen, laundry, and rental villas.
• Cleaning of student and staff areas.
• Ensure order in the laundry room, cleaning supply room, and linen room.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have experience in cleaning or similar work for at least 5 years. The position requires a B-class driver's license. As a person, you take responsibility for your work and plan your tasks in a structured way. You are calm, stable, and maintain focus even when the pace is high. You collaborate well with others and meet both colleagues and students with a listening and friendly attitude. You have a strong service focus and always strive to find solutions. Attention to detail is important to you, and you work purposefully to deliver high quality in everything you do.
