We work with measurement-based care, where digital patient-reported outcome measures enable ongoing follow-up of clinical results. A scientific advisory board ensures that methods and guidelines are aligned with current evidence.

Clinical work prioritizes the patient encounter. Established routines and administrative support free up time for medical deepening, in close multidisciplinary collaboration with good access to psychological treatment and in-depth investigations.

Wemind Liljeholmen is a general psychiatric outpatient clinic that treats all types of psychiatric conditions except pure psychotic illnesses. We are Sweden's largest psychiatric clinic and offer a broad range of treatments to our patients. You will join a well-functioning group of doctors with specialists who jointly work with a shared vision of psychiatric medical treatment and prevailing evidence. You will work under leadership with close clinical anchoring, which enables fast and pragmatic decision-making paths.

The clinic is located in Liljeholmen, approximately a 5-minute walk from the subway's red line.

• Licensed physician, specialist in psychiatry

You have broad clinical competence with an interest in the entire spectrum of psychiatry. Your work is characterized by structure, scientific rigor, and a consistent focus on evidence-based treatment and systematic follow-up.

You take independent responsibility for treatment, work structured with high quality, and value multidisciplinary collaboration. With your specialist competence, you actively contribute to business development in a knowledge-intensive and collegial environment where continuous improvement is a natural part of the assignment.
