Here, you work closely with care recipients and colleagues in an operation focused on creating a safe and functional daily life based on each individual's needs.

The position is primarily located within home care services, where you work independently in the care recipients' homes with a varied daily content.

As part of the role, when needed, work also includes shifts at Tubberödshus nursing home. There, you work together with colleagues based on the relationship model, a working method that creates good collaboration and clear structure in the work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Care Assistant (Undersköterska), you support care recipients in their daily lives based on individual needs.

In our teams, we work closely together and share responsibility, giving you the opportunity to contribute, develop, and take on internal areas of responsibility beyond your role as a Care Assistant.

We welcome both those with long experience and those new to the profession. Here, you will receive induction, support, and good opportunities to develop in your role.

Your duties include, among other things:

• Providing care and service according to the implementation plan
• Supporting and activating care recipients in daily life
• Working with daily rehabilitation and personal care
• Social documentation and drawing up implementation plans
• Collaborating with nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and managers
• Working both independently and in teams

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements:

• Education from the Care and Nursing Program or other education/experience assessed as equivalent

We are looking for someone who:

• Has good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Has basic digital competence
• Takes responsibility and has the ability to work independently
• Treats others with respect, warmth, and sensitivity
• Has Bank-ID
• Has a Category B driver's license

It is meritorious if you have:

• Experience working in elderly care or home care services
• Knowledge of IBIC, BPSD, or low-arousal approaches
• Experience with documentation and quality work
• Competence in dementia or psychiatry

As a person, you are:

• Flexible and confident in yourself
• A team player who enjoys collaborating but can also work independently
