Our office is located at Stilletorps industriväg 2, Stenkullen.

From there, we travel throughout Lerum and the surrounding area to serve our customers, both businesses and private individuals.

Company cars are provided to all employees.

Experience in professional cleaning is highly beneficial, but most importantly, we want someone who enjoys the work and feels that this is what they want to do.

Fissa & Feja AB has been in operation since 1988. Today, we work throughout the Sjuhärads area with a focus on Alingsås, Borås, Lerum, and Bollebygd and its surroundings. We perform all kinds of cleaning in both private homes and businesses.

Fissa & Feja is looking for one more team member for the Lerum team. The job mainly involves cleaning private homes, but we perform all types of cleaning such as offices, stairwell cleaning, construction cleaning, move-out cleaning, window cleaning, etc. Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but the most important thing is that you love cleaning, have an eye for detail, enjoy order and tidiness, and like customer contact. Social skills are very important in this role as you will meet many of our customers.

We are currently looking for a 75% position that may transition to a full-time position if everything works out. If you do not have the right competence, experience, or driver's license, we cannot offer you a job, possibly except for hourly employment.

The most important thing for us is that you are the right person. We work Monday to Friday, mostly from 08:00 to 16:30. The times may vary slightly depending on the assignment. The position involves working independently but may include cleaning in pairs with another colleague on some days, so it is important that you can work together with others but also be self-sufficient.

We place great emphasis on you being meticulous, positive, flexible, stress-resistant, and having a good sense of service and customer interaction.

It is a requirement that you have a B driver's license and master the Swedish language in speech and writing.

The starting point is Stenkullen.

Start date: Immediately or by agreement.

We have collective agreements with the Property Employees' Union and the Construction Union, and salary is paid according to the agreement.
