We are now looking for an initiative-taking and helpful Financing Officer for our MoneyGo department. Do you have a positive attitude and want to be part of a team that always strives to provide the best service? Then this position might be for you!
About the role
In the role of Financing Officer, you will have the opportunity to work in a varied position, both within administration and assisting with customer care. You will be welcomed into a group with a helpful and wonderful atmosphere. As a Financing Officer, you will support and answer questions and act as an advisor to the customer. Furthermore, you will act as support in the customer care team, where maintaining relationships with current customers and driving upselling are the main focus. Additionally, you will answer and process credit applications in a service-oriented manner and assist the sales team in managing customer accounts.
We would like you to be able to work varying shifts, which includes evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answer incoming calls and emails
- Administer & check account applications
- Register & administer new invoice purchase customers
- Receive and process incoming credit inquiries
- Act as the central point of contact between Svea's customers, the credit department, and the sales team
- Support Svea's sales team in the management of customer accounts
The position is based at our local office in Helsingborg.

To thrive in the role of Financing Officer with us, you need to be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and communicative. You have the ability to handle parallel tasks in a sometimes fast-paced environment, thrive in a changing work environment, and are eager to contribute and influence where you can. Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is an advantage, but other work experience and the right attitude are also good prerequisites for taking on this role. Furthermore, we hope that you as an applicant can contribute a positive and wonderful attitude to our team, and that you have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
