About the role

As a team member in our javelin manufacturing department, you will be involved in the production of javelins. The work consists of various practical tasks where your precision, feel, and understanding of the material significantly impact the final result. Measurement and quality control are natural parts of the daily routine.

You will work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues in a team. Structure, precision, and a shared focus on quality and the end product are essential in this role.
