About the role
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will join a highly competent sales team. Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for sales to Ahlsell's customers in Värmland. Your task is to provide the best possible advice and service to our customers throughout their entire purchasing process. As a market leader and one of the strongest brands in the industry, you see it as an exciting challenge and an important mission to be a key player who understands customer needs and finds the right solutions.
Your future responsibilities will include:
- Consulting
- Product selection
- Orders
- Tendering
- Quotation requests
- Order processing
- Supplier contacts
You work proactively by maintaining continuous contact with customers to maintain and strengthen relationships.
About you
As an Inside Sales Representative in the Industrial sector, you need to be structured, service-oriented, and solution-focused. Your background may vary, but a technical interest and experience with administrative work are advantageous. We prefer that you have technical sales experience and/or a technical background in the field of Industrial EL & Automation. Experience from the process or manufacturing industry is a plus. You are motivated by building good relationships, exceeding customer expectations, and closing deals.

Location: Ahlsell's office in Karlstad.
