What will you do?

We are now looking for employees in Uddevalla who want to work with garden maintenance and minor landscaping works at our customers' residential courtyards during the summer of 2026.

The tasks will mainly consist of weeding, pruning, mowing grass, and trimming hedges. Planting of both outdoor plants and perennials, trees, and shrubs is also included. Customer contact is an important part of the daily work as we constantly meet our customers in the courtyards.

The seasonal work is varied and social. You meet our customers and contribute to a beautiful and pleasant living environment. You work in a team, you plan your days together, and take initiative – you have great freedom under responsibility.

The mobile phone is an important work tool where you keep track of your email, handle time reporting, and similar tasks.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and engaged. You enjoy planning your own time, are flexible, and solution-oriented. Since you work in a group, it is very important that you enjoy collaborating, are unpretentious, and contribute to a good atmosphere in the group. It is also important that you have the ability to create comfort and trust in contact with the residents in the housing cooperatives.

You are practical and enjoy being active. Education and previous work experience within gardening are meritorious but not required; the most important thing is that we find the right person. Since we work with machines and battery-powered gardening tools, it is an advantage if you have prior machine experience. Please also state in your application if you have, for example, fall protection training, chainsaw license, hot work training, brush cutter training, pruning certification, or similar.

A B-driver's license for manual transmission is required.
