As a Retail Sales Associate at Alcro Studio in Halmstad, you play a crucial role in driving store sales and creating an exceptional customer experience. You work proactively with our customers, identify their needs, and sell the right products and holistic solutions within color and design. This role is perfect for you if you have a strong business drive, a passion for sales, and thrive in a results-oriented environment where the customer meeting is always the focus. This is a permanent position at 60%, with weekend work included.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide professional and welcoming service to customers in the store.
• Guide customers regarding color selection, products, and simple solutions based on their needs.
• Handle cash register duties and payment transactions.
• Restock and display merchandise in the store.
• Ensure the store environment is tidy, inspiring, and well-organized.
• Contribute to a positive and professional atmosphere in the store.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented and communicative.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Meticulous and responsible.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Previous retail experience is advantageous but not required.
• A driver's license is not required but is considered an asset.
