About the Role

We are currently recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients, for a full-time retail assistant position in Södertälje. This role is ideal for you who want to work in a customer-facing environment where service, engagement, and variety are part of your daily routine.

You will become part of a team where collaboration and a positive attitude are valued, and where you will have the opportunity to contribute to an inspiring store environment.

Responsibilities

The tasks may vary, but include, for example:

• Greeting and assisting customers in the store
• Stock picking and replenishment
• Handling cash register and sales
• Contributing to order and structure in the store
• Supporting colleagues in daily operations

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has an interest in service and customer interaction
• Is responsible and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Has a positive attitude and works well with others
• Is flexible and willing to help where needed

Previous experience is not a requirement – we value your attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in retail or service
• Cash register experience
• Interest in sales
