A lively restaurant where food is at the center, where we gather to socialize and enjoy delicious Spanish culinary traditions. Boqueria Stockholm is located in MOOD Gallerian in central Stockholm. It is a Spanish restaurant consisting of two parts: the dining room and Torget (The Square).

In the dining room, which is integrated with an open kitchen, we serve the full menu including tapas, raciones, paella, and more. There is a family atmosphere in a cozy environment, with Spanish culinary tradition at the center.

Torget is Boqueria's meeting place and functions as a market hall and service area combined, where all seats and tables are available for drop-in visits. This is where we host our events with DJs or live acts. At Torget, we also sell Spanish delicacies such as cheeses, cured meats, canned goods, and authentic pintxos.

The Role: You will work in our busy kitchen. You will be part of our fantastic team of wonderful colleagues who work together towards the same goal: providing our guests with fantastic service. Boqueria operates with an open kitchen facing the dining room, so the kitchen and the dining room work closely together.

Who we are looking for: We are looking for someone who is passionate about service, has a talent for creating a great guest experience, and has previous experience as a head chef or sous chef. You are creative and, of course, have a strong interest in cooking and ingredients. Here, you will have the opportunity to work in a vibrant environment where your talent for service is put to use every day.

Experience you bring and share with us: We prefer that you have relevant education and professional experience. We prefer that you speak fluent English or a Scandinavian language. Experience with budgeting and other work in a leadership position is a plus.

What we offer: We can offer a 100% full-time position starting with a probationary period. You will be offered work during both day and evening shifts, as well as weekends.
