Your role
We are looking for a teacher/special needs teacher/special educator who, together with a social pedagogue, will teach in a local special education group for students in grades 1–3. The social pedagogue is employed at Johan Skytteskolan and is already working with the relevant students.
You will be part of a work team, collaborating with colleagues there and, of course, with other relevant teams. You will be an important part of the collegial learning process to establish this new special education group.
As a teacher/special needs teacher/special educator in the special education group, you are responsible for planning, teaching, documentation, assessment, and evaluation of the students you teach. You will naturally coordinate with previous mentors in the planning work and explore opportunities to collaborate with the regular class.
Close collaboration with the Student Health Team (SHT) and the deputy principal is crucial to ensure the students succeed as much as possible.
The position is a temporary vacancy (vicar) for the academic year 2026/2027.
Your qualifications and experience
We are looking for someone who has high expectations for students' goal achievement, good pedagogical insight, and is clear and engaged in bringing out the best in students. You who apply:
- Are a certified teacher with broad eligibility for grades 1–3.
- Have previous experience working with students in a smaller context.
You are secure, stable, self-aware, and a clear leader in the classroom. You value and create good conditions for collaboration and build good relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. You plan, organize, prioritize, and analyze your lesson structure as well as other tasks included in your role in an effective manner.
We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
