Experienced CNC Operator / Technician Wanted for Prototyping Department

We are looking for an experienced CNC operator or technician to join our prototyping department.

The role involves programming, problem-solving, and manufacturing prototypes using our 5-axis multi-lathe, in close collaboration with our design department.

We do not have our own serial production. Our operations are entirely focused on developing and creating prototypes and new products for the design department. The work involves manufacturing single parts, test components, and prototype solutions where problem-solving, adaptation, and precision are key parts of everyday life. Once products are fully developed, serial production is handed over to external suppliers.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is self-motivated and takes initiative
• Is receptive and has strong teamwork skills
• Has extensive experience in CNC and programming
• Is solution-oriented and technically strong
• Can plan their workdays and independently drive tasks forward to completion

Additional qualifications:

• Experience with Esprit-Edge CAM or Fusion 360
• Knowledge of lathe programming in Fanuc
• Experience with some manual machining
