We are looking for a Key Account Manager / Strategic Customer Developer to join SafeTeam in Stockholm.

What does the job involve?
As a KAM/Strategic Customer Developer, you will work long-term with new customer acquisition. In close collaboration with the regional management team, you will identify potential collaborations and new customers, building trust over time with the goal of creating sustainable business. The role also involves strategically and proactively strengthening and developing our business with selected existing contract customers.
You work closely with the customer and act as a consulting partner within modern security solutions – for example, locks, burglary alarms, access control systems, fire alarms, video surveillance, and door automation. By understanding the customer's needs, you present our entire offering and ensure that our solutions develop in line with their operations.
The role is new at SafeTeam Stockholm, and you will be involved in shaping and developing your position. Your focus will be on conducting customer meetings, follow-ups, and relationship-building activities, where feedback and presence are a natural part of the process.
We work strategically to build trust with our customers – before, during, and after a purchase – and develop new ways of communicating in the sales process. Video will become one of your tools. You will receive training and the right prerequisites from us, but we want you to be curious about new approaches and not be unfamiliar with appearing on video in smaller contexts.
You work actively in our CRM system and keep yourself updated on products, technical news, and industry trends that are relevant to our customers.
You collaborate closely with colleagues in customer-facing roles. You report to the Regional Manager in Stockholm and are part of an engaged team with a common goal – to deliver security and quality in every customer relationship.

You will be based at the regional office in Stockholm, located at the Globen/Slakthusområdet area. What can you offer?
To qualify for this position, we require that you have:
- experience as a B2B salesperson/KAM, preferably from the security industry
- a valid driver's license (Category B)
- the ability to provide high service – "that little extra" – to both customers and colleagues. Exceptional service is, after all, the core of our corporate culture.
We are looking for someone with experience from the security industry or similar B2B sales, driven by building long-term and strong customer relationships. You are a natural relationship builder with a trustworthy, humble, and listening approach. You easily understand customer needs and thrive in a consulting role where you get to create real value.
As a person, you are self-reliant, proactive, and willing to take significant personal responsibility. You are accustomed to driving business all the way from first contact to closure, and have experience in processing new customers over time as well as developing existing collaborations by broadening contact areas and identifying new business opportunities.
You also have good collaboration skills and know the value of working closely with colleagues from different parts of the organization to achieve common goals. You are goal-oriented, have a strong results drive, and a clear commitment to making a difference for customers – both through good feedback, structure, and a high service level.
It is an advantage if you have experience with contract negotiations, and especially if you have independently driven such processes previously.
