Your RoleAs a specialist trainee (ST-läkare) with us, you will examine, investigate, assess, and treat patients within the broad scope of primary care. You will become an important part of the operation and actively participate in development and improvement work.
Work takes place in cross-professional teams where we have close collaboration between different professional categories. You will have continuous supervision from experienced specialists, and we place great emphasis on ensuring your specialist training maintains high quality.
We encourage competence development and participation in courses, training, and networks – both within the region and within Capio.

You are a licensed physician with a genuine interest in the breadth and variety of general medicine, and you wish to work with us to provide high-quality care.

Employment TypeProbationary period of 6 months
Qualifications- Licensed physician with eligibility to work within Swedish healthcare.
- Experience working in primary care is considered a strong merit.
