Do you want a summer job where you meet people and do something that feels both important and meaningful? We are now looking for you who want to work nights or weekends within healthcare and social care.

At our company, you will work in operations where safety, care, and respect are in focus – whether you choose personal assistance, functional support, or elderly care.

You will become part of a team where colleagues support you in both tasks and working hours. Here you have the opportunity to develop, take responsibility, and build experience together with others.

You choose when during the summer you want to work, but it is desirable that you can work at least four consecutive weeks. We offer several possible periods, and there is also the opportunity to work before or after the holiday period, which runs from June to August. At our company, there are also good opportunities to continue working after the summer.

The positions involve working either nights or weekends. For these working hours, a reduced working time scale applies, which corresponds to full-time work – 27 hours per week for weekend work and 33–34 hours per week for night work.

We are looking for you who are warm, engaged, and have a genuine interest in working with people. You contribute to creating safety in everyday life and at the same time have the opportunity to develop in the role together with experienced colleagues.

Personal Assistance

As a personal assistant, you are a close support in another person's daily life. You help with what the person cannot do themselves, such as personal care, meals, exercise, or various activities.

Functional Support

In functional support, you help people develop their abilities and manage as much as possible on their own. You can work in group housing, service housing, short-term accommodation, or special housing. This may involve contact with relatives and help with everything from cooking to accompanying them to activities like swimming, walks, or coffee.

Elderly Care

In elderly care, you work with care and social activities for our elderly. Here you can work in a nursing home or within home care services. It may involve personal hygiene, meals, or community through gymnastics, bingo, or reading aloud – all things that make everyday life safe and rich in content.

Qualifications

• For night work, you must be 18 years old according to regulations on minors in the Working Environment Act (1977:1160) and the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations on the working environment for minors. We also welcome those who are not yet 18 to apply, but in that case, you will not work nights.
• A B driving license and healthcare/social care education are meritorious.
• You need to have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing as the tasks require it.
• The positions require a certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record). The extract must be for residential homes for youth (HVB-hem) and is ordered via the Police website.
• We place great importance on your personal qualities.
