Are you our new Trouble Shooter Technician in Gothenburg?

Board the train and use your technical expertise in an innovative and future-proof area. You will report to the Customer Depot Manager and work alongside engaged, motivated, and dedicated colleagues.

The role includes:

• Performing warranty actions on M33/M34 trams at several depots in Gothenburg, including warranty repairs, troubleshooting, modifications, and commissioning of M33/M34 trams
• Performing troubleshooting and warranty repairs on M33/M34 trams
• Conducting vehicle tests and commissioning according to instructions
• Handling technical surveys
• Responsible for reporting field data and other administration such as forms and documentation
• Supporting the validation of maintenance documentation
• Keeping up to date with changes in maintenance documentation
• Performing modifications according to instructions and English drawing documentation
• Registering completed warranty work and root cause analyses (in English) in the digital maintenance system Maximo
• Working shifts as needed
• Working at the customer's other depots as needed

Who are you?

To succeed in the role of Trouble Shooter Technician, you are service-oriented, flexible, and organized. You have a strong commitment and can work well in a team. You are clear in your communication and work in a structured manner.

Furthermore, you have a good ability to solve problems and are accustomed to handling and balancing several different issues, problems, and requests simultaneously.

• Strong technical interest and ability to solve complex problems
• Experience in technical work within, for example, the automation industry, aviation industry, rail/railway industry, or similar, where repair and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and digital control systems are part of daily work
• Technical high school education (post-secondary technical education is an advantage)
• Previous experience from the train or railway industry is an advantage
• Good proficiency in working with Microsoft Office
• Fluent communication in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
