About the role

As a traveling service technician with us, you are offered challenging and stimulating tasks such as new installations, repairs, and technical support. At the same time, you help provide ideas and new technical solutions to the customer. Part of your role involves planning, executing, and documenting completed assignments. You will have great opportunities to influence your own work as you work independently on your assignments. Customers are found both within the machinery dealer network and among end-users in Southern Sweden. Longer trips with overnight stays may occur. You report directly to the Service and Aftermarket Manager.

We are looking for you who

Have experience in the service technician profession and thrive with, and have the opportunity to, travel for work. As a person, you are attentive and show great commitment to nurturing and managing your customer relationships. We place great importance on personal suitability, and an important part is that you have a positive attitude, enjoy challenges, and like working with problem-solving.

To handle the role, you need to have machine experience, knowledge of hydraulics, and proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written. Since driving is part of the job, you need a valid driver's license (Category B). Having a Category C license or electronics knowledge is considered a merit.
