Description

In August 2017, we moved into a completely new and modern school, Kronängsskolan in Vaxholm. The new premises are adapted to today's requirements for learning environments and teaching. At Kronängsskolan, we have 460 students in grades 7-9.

Job Description

As a teaching assistant, you work primarily with students who are in need of extra support. You work in close collaboration with special education teachers, mentors, and subject teachers.

Your task is to support students in their education and in their general school life. Since your assignment involves providing support in the subject of mathematics, you must have very good knowledge of the subject. The tasks can vary greatly, making the job varied.

Qualifications

You need to have knowledge of different functional variations. You have experience working in mathematics teaching at the lower secondary level. You have work experience that makes you competent to communicate with students. You are outgoing, socially secure, responsive, and confident in yourself.
