Assignment: Consulting assignment for 6 months with the possibility of employment at Telenor after the assignment period
Location: Solna, Stockholm
Working hours: Office hours Mon - Fri, full-time
Salary model: Fixed base salary + performance-based commission. Bonus levels typically vary between approx. 5,000-20,000 SEK per month, depending on results.
About the role
You will become part of an engaged team and will work result-oriented, guiding customers to the right solutions and presenting products and services that suit their needs - with a focus on creating added value for the customer while driving sales forward.
In the role of upselling customer service representative, you are Telenor's first point of contact with customers via phone. In this role, you will only work with incoming calls from existing customers.
Common tasks include:
- Helping existing customers with questions and cases.
- Identifying customer needs and offering products and services that create added value.
- Working towards clear goals and being motivated by reaching and exceeding them.
- You will receive a thorough introduction at the beginning of your employment to create the best possible conditions for success in the role. Are you the right person for the job?
We are looking for you who have previous experience in sales, preferably via phone, and who thrive in a role where you can combine service and result focus.
You are a driven, engaged, and goal-oriented person who is motivated by exceeding goals and creating good customer relationships. Experience in upselling, subscription services, or similar is highly meritorious.
We see that you have:
- Previous experience in sales/upselling, preferably via phone.
- Are driven, service-oriented, and enjoy working towards goals.
- Good computer and system skills.
- Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing.
- Completed upper secondary education (we appreciate if you upload your grades/study certificates to your profile attached in connection with your application).
