At Uniflex, we are currently looking for a Shift Leader for AB Linde Maskiner in Lindesberg.

Located by the shores of Lake Lindesjön in the beautiful Bergslagen region, Linde Maskiner has been active since 1853 and is today an established partner in sheet metal processing. The company delivers components to, among others, the heavy vehicle industry in Europe, where more than half of all trailers contain sheet metal from Linde Maskiner. The operations range from laser cutting and pressing to welding and assembly, with material thicknesses from a few millimeters up to 25 mm.

As a Shift Leader, you play a central role in the operations, responsible for leading, coordinating, and developing the work during your shift. You have personnel responsibility for approximately 17 employees across three departments: CNC, Welding, and the Center Department. You are supported by a team leader who reports to you.

You are a present and structured leader who ensures that production, quality, work environment, and deliveries follow the plan and set goals.

• Lead, distribute, and follow up on daily work

• Ensure correct staffing and competence within each department

• Have personnel responsibility for employees in CNC, Welding, and Center

• Actively work with work environment, safety, and order

• Follow up on quality, productivity, and planning

• Handle daily personnel-related issues

The work is arranged in two shifts, and you work both weeks Monday-Friday.

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

• Previous experience from industrial work

• Experience in personnel responsibility or team leadership

• Good computer skills
