DMC Service AB is a growing service company working with warranty and service cases for white goods and household appliances. The business has grown rapidly over the past year and continues to expand in line with increased demand and more service assignments.

The company works with Elon's own brands among others and performs service on products such as refrigerators, dishwashers, and other white goods. As a service technician at DMC Service AB, you work with troubleshooting, service, and repair of white goods at customers' homes around Gothenburg. You operate out of Elon in Sisjön, where today's assignments are planned and spare parts are picked up before you head out on your service visits.

The work is independent and varied, where you are responsible for identifying faults, finding solutions, and providing customers with professional service in their homes. The role suits you if you like technology and have a natural troubleshooting mindset.

Examples of tasks:

• Troubleshooting and repair of white goods
• Replacing components such as circuit boards, motors, and LED strips
• Performing warranty and service cases at customers' homes
• Documenting performed work and handling service cases
• Providing customers with professional and service-oriented interaction

We are looking for you who have experience in technical or practical work and who thrive with troubleshooting and problem-solving. Perhaps you currently work as a service technician, auto mechanic, property technician, property caretaker, or in another technical role where you are used to finding faults and solving problems in everyday life.

If you have previously worked with white goods or service at customer sites, we see this as highly meritorious, but the most important thing is that you have the right technical mindset and the desire to develop further in the field.

As a person, you are independent, solution-oriented, and responsible. Since the work is performed in private homes, it is very important that you are service-oriented, professional, and have good customer interaction skills. You enjoy meeting people and understand the importance of creating security and trust with the customer. Furthermore, you need to be comfortable working independently and able to plan and carry out your workdays in a structured manner.

We would like you to have:

• Experience in technical work or troubleshooting
• A valid driver's license (Category B)
• Good knowledge of Swedish

Experience with white goods service or work as a service technician is meritorious.
