Maskinia AB is a complete machinery partner and general agent in Sweden for Develon, Case, and Bergmann. The company is headquartered in Linköping and operates in several locations across the country. We work with sales, service, rental, and spare parts related to construction machinery.

We are now growing and are looking for a Equipment Technician for our facility in Linköping.

Your responsibilities

As an Equipment Technician, you work on completing new construction machinery prior to delivery to the customer.

The work includes, among other things:

• Equipping new machines according to standards and customer-specific requirements
• Installing additional equipment such as lighting, tilt rotators, control systems, and heaters
• Performing quality checks on completed work
• Contributing to the development of work methods and instructions to increase efficiency and quality
• Actively working with order, structure, and safety in the workshop environment
• Contributing to a safe working environment through risk assessments and reporting of deviations
• Developing product knowledge and sharing knowledge with colleagues

You plan your work largely independently but collaborate closely with the team and other functions within the company.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a strong technical interest who thrives in a practical and solution-oriented role.

We would like you to have:

• Experience working with heavy vehicles or construction machinery (meritorious)
• Knowledge of electricity, hydraulics, and mechanics
• Experience working with computers and phones for documentation and reporting
• Category B driver's license
