Capio Alva BUMM is an established pediatric and adolescent medicine practice with several clinics in Stockholm. We have now opened a new clinic in Södertälje, located in Gneta, where we provide care commissioned by the region.

The clinic is newly established and located in newly renovated, modern premises with a calm and pleasant environment. The smaller unit, with close collaboration between professions, creates good conditions for short decision-making paths, flexibility, and strong teamwork.

At our clinic, pediatricians with various specialist competencies, pediatric nurses, and eventually psychologists work together. Together, we see children for the investigation, treatment, and follow-up of both common and more complex pediatric conditions. Our patient groups include, among others, asthma and allergy, gastrointestinal issues, growth deviations, obesity, and neuropsychiatric conditions.

The practice is in a building-up phase where routines and ways of working are being shaped, offering great opportunities to influence both methods and direction. We have a strong tradition of education and actively work with competence development, supervision, and knowledge exchange between our units.

In the role of pediatric nurse with us, you will have a varied and stimulating daily routine where you work in close collaboration with experienced pediatricians and conduct your own patient visits. You rotate between the clinic's various tasks – everything from telephone advice, sample collection, and spirometry to skin prick tests, referral handling, and patient cases via 1177.

A large and important part of the role is also to independently meet with children and families in areas such as obesity, constipation/enuresis, asthma-allergy, skin issues, as well as ADHD/ADD. Here you have the opportunity to combine clinical work with personal responsibility and long-term care relationships – always with the child's best interest in focus. In addition, the focus of the role is on independent nurse visits in several areas such as Obesity, constipation/enuresis, asthma-allergy, skin issues, and ADHD/ADD.

We are looking for you who are a specialist-trained pediatric nurse. Experience of working in BUMM is highly meritorious, but great emphasis is placed on personal qualities.
