Job Description

Our client is seeking a Senior Digital Analyst to join the Product Analytics team for a long-term parental leave coverage assignment of approximately one year. This position plays a critical role in enhancing and optimizing digital customer experiences across web and mobile platforms, with a strong focus on e-commerce performance, retail media, customer journey analytics, and conversion optimization.

The selected consultant will work closely with cross-functional product teams to support data-driven product development and business decision-making. The role requires strong analytical expertise, hands-on experience with digital analytics tools, and the ability to independently manage complex analytical tasks within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives and analyze digital sales funnels within e-commerce platforms.
  • Design, evaluate, and interpret A/B testing experiments from hypothesis creation through impact assessment and recommendations.
  • Perform in-depth ad hoc analysis of digital user behavior across web and mobile applications.
  • Analyze customer journeys across multiple platforms and identify opportunities to improve user engagement and conversion performance.
  • Ensure high standards of data quality through validation, troubleshooting, tagging requirements, and analytics governance.
  • Support product managers, development teams, UX/design teams, and marketing stakeholders with actionable, data-driven insights.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear recommendations and business-focused presentations.
  • Collaborate with analytics and development teams within the Google ecosystem, including BigQuery and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of analytics frameworks, reporting structures, and digital measurement strategies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive customer-centric digital product enhancements.

Required Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Digital Analyst or within a related analytics role.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce analytics and digital product performance analysis.
  • Strong expertise in SQL, particularly within BigQuery environments.
  • Hands-on experience working with Google Analytics and related Google ecosystem products.
  • Experience managing and evaluating A/B testing and experimentation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey analytics and conversion optimization strategies.
  • Experience working independently within complex and cross-functional business environments.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.

Languages

  • Swedish – Advanced proficiency
  • English – Professional proficiency
