We are looking for substitutes for:

• Elderly care homes
• Home care services
• Disability support services
• Personal assistance

Regardless of which activity you choose, you should be able to treat people well and enjoy giving support, help, and care.

Job Responsibilities

As a substitute, you will provide care, support, and service to users who are granted interventions according to the Social Services Act, as well as perform tasks under the Health and Medical Services Act. You will, in collaboration with other professional groups, support and help users to live a dignified life and achieve well-being based on the user's own conditions.

Qualifications

General Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must master the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• You must be able to handle mobile phones and computers.
• If you are applying for home care services, you need a B-class driver's license.

Language Test (Mandatory)

As part of the recruitment process, we conduct a language and language comprehension test to maintain the recommendations that the National Board of Health and Welfare has for work within elderly care.

Important to note when taking the test:

• Ensure you can be alone and undisturbed.

Desirable Qualifications

We prioritize applicants with a completed or ongoing education equivalent to the Nursing Program (assistant nurse) or other education that the employer deems equivalent. Previous experience in healthcare is desirable.

Salary: Do you want to influence your salary? Then submit copies of relevant certificates and employment certificates. An employment certificate is a document written by previous employers confirming that you were employed and during what period. Relevant certificates and employment certificates for this job are if you have previous education or experience in care/elderly care. Also, previous other work experience is relevant for your salary setting. If we do not receive any certificates/certificates from you, your starting salary will be set based on the information we may already have about you.
