About us:

INNOVITASKOLAN VÄLLINGBY PARK operates in bright and lovely premises. Here, students can attend from preschool up to grade 9. We have two school buildings: in one, students go from preschool to grade 3, and in the other, students go from grade 4 to grade 9. All students and children have good conditions to be seen and developed based on their prerequisites. The schoolyard is constantly being developed, and the proximity to green areas is utilized extensively.

We are looking for a certified primary school teacher who is qualified in Physical Education for grades 2–9 and wants to work at a school that wants to give all students the opportunity to make their own choices in the future. Here, you will contribute every day to the development of all students towards the goals of education and support colleagues, students, and the entire work team.

Your assignment

You are a certified Physical Education teacher who is used to collaborating in work teams but also working independently. Your strength is creating good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. We have a subject-teacher system, which means you teach all students in grades 2–9 in Physical Education. We are a small single-parallel school. You plan and conduct teaching, make subject assessments for grades 2–9, and set grades for grades 6–9 in Physical Education.

We see subject integration as important to create context in the different subjects. We work with an equal lesson design where our "Innovitskills" are included: explore, innovate, and balance.

In close collaboration with other teachers and the principal, you contribute to creating accessible learning environments that enable all students to succeed in school. You are good at setting up adaptations and special support based on students' needs and prerequisites. You work language-developing in all grades.

Your profile

We are looking for you who have high ambitions for our children's learning and development. Our work is characterized by high engagement; therefore, we are looking for you with a large personal engagement for learning and who are driven by exploring new methods and techniques in teaching through collegial collaboration.

As a teacher with us, you are receptive and want to guide students into the future. You are also creative, open, structured, and a clear leader. You base your work on research and experience and are not afraid to try different methods in your teaching with students. You have experience in driving processes and improvement work. You should have an approach that keeps focus on goal fulfillment through follow-up and analysis. It is meritorious if you have good knowledge of modern digital tools.
