We think (of course) our online store kicks *ss, but it is in our physical stores that we truly make a difference. This is where we meet our visitors – and where the magic happens. In that meeting, you as a store salesperson can turn someone's day around in just a few seconds. A visitor comes in, maybe a bit tired after the day – and walks out with a pink bag filled with confidence, glow, and the feeling of being seen. Exactly how we want it to feel! WOW!

We are now looking for a new colleague for our lovely team at Lyko Charlottenberg, who can work 5 hours a week! This is a fixed-term employment until August 31st, 2026 ⭐

What you will focus on
Together, we constantly strive to give our visitors an experience of absolute world class, and in this work, you as a store salesperson stand in the front line. As a store salesperson at Lyko, you are so much more than "just" a salesperson – you are an advisor, an inspirer, a best beauty friend, and an important part of the visitor's experience. With us, it is about meeting every visitor for real. You make contact, listen, and share your knowledge in a personal way – always with the goal of helping visitors find the right product for their specific needs. This is how we create that magical feeling of being both seen and boosted ✨

In addition to customer meetings, you are also responsible for daily operations, including orders, stock picking, and visual campaign setup. You are responsible for the overall impression in the store, that it is clean, stylish, and inspiring – spotless, simply!

For this role, we believe you:

• Love beauty! Sharing knowledge and ideas with customers and colleagues is the most fun you know
• Are a passionate salesperson who loves the customer meeting and is driven by achieving results
• Are unpretentious and engaged – a real energy spreader
• Are flexible and thrive working in a team as well as independently
• Are used to handling many different tasks in your daily work and have a structured way of working
• Have relevant education in makeup, hair, or skin – for example as a makeup artist, hairdresser, or esthetician
• Are at least 18 years old

Start date: Immediately or as agreed

Hours: 5 hours per week
Salary: According to collective agreement
